Product returns
Product returns at the expense of ORACLE CLOTHING.
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at the expense of ORACLE CLOTHING, in the following cases:
1) If, through the fault of ORACLE CLOTHING, wrong products were sold (by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc.).
2) If, through the fault of ORACLE CLOTHING, poor quality products were sold (damaged during transport, defective product, etc.).
In these cases, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product(s) or request a refund.
The product(s) should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
The maximum return period may not exceed seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Product returns at the customer's expense.
The products that the customer wishes to return must be in exactly the same condition in which they were received (ie. without being unsealed or their packaging has been violated).
In case of return of the products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer, will be completed within 30 days from the date that ORACLE CLOTHING will receive the returned products.
The return can be done by crediting the customer's bank account, which he will notify ORACLE CLOTHING in time and in writing.
